When you are at camping 'De Lepelaar', you are next to the Northsea. It is really nice to be at this beach. The kids are loving the beach.

You can eat different kind of dishes up here: meat, fish, vegetarian, soup, salades... There is also a kids menu with a little surprise.

Favorite Dish: My favourite dish was the ovendish. There were 3 kind of fish on top of smashed potatoes. On top of it, there was cheese. Put it all in the oven and you will have a great meal. :)

Public transportation by bus. Get on line 151, leaving from station Alkmaar.
When you go by car take the N9 (Alkmaar to Den Helder). Exit Sintmaartensvlotbrug, follow the road, and turn left at the restaurant De Goudvis / The Goldfish.

From 15 till 16 July 2006 and from 19 till 22 July 2006 I stayed at a camping in Sint Maartenszee with my parents and my nieces. It was a really fun time. I had the feeling that I was on a holiday...
If you have small children then a visit to play parc the Goldfish sure is a good thing to do when you are bored with the beach. It s a pleasant parc to visit.
