This DRANK- EN SPIJSLOKAAL is housed in the oldest brick building of TEXEL and....I know, by own experience, that it is GREAT to eat here, it is an atmospheric place, which I can recommend to you.

This is an extremely nice place, a LUNCHEON & DINNER place, very atmospheric...
Favorite Dish: My favourite dish here was fish (of course) and a JACKET POTATOE with a mix of vegetables and a nice glass of BEER....
For dessert: a lovely icecream with hot chocolate sauce.....
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This restaurant is situated at the Harbour: it is nice to see the ship going and returning and to see the fresh seafood they bring home, time and again!
I had a lovely seat in front of the window (right side photo) and because it is on the first floor you have a magnificent view over the harbour.
STAFF was extremely helpful and kind...perfect service....
Favorite Dish: and the food? I got what I asked for: every combination was possible!
So I enjoyed a lovely fish-dish: always my favourite dish!

We had a lovely meal in the little restaurant in Den Burgh.
The waitress couldn't have been more friendly, and every serving, from the grilled goats cheese salad, to the succulent lamb, followed by a wonderful toblerone mousse, was fantastic.

This greek restaurant also has a take away service. Just call the number and 15 minutes later you can collect your order.
Favorite Dish: The vegetarian pilari, was very tasteful.
It contained fried fetacheese, dolmades, eggplantsalad, rice and greek salad.

The Kantonese - Indonesian restaurant Azië serves meals from both kitchens. The first look at the menu didn´t gave us hope. There were no special dishes, or dishes that caught our attention. So we decided to go for the Kantonese set menu. A good choice!
Several kantonese dishes were served and all were delicious. At the end of a great meal an icecream was also included.

In an old farmhouse you can eat in the stables. It is a real family restaurant and they serve all kinds of pancakes (Pannenkoeken)

The restaurant Venezia tries to breath an italian atmosphere. The ceiling is filled with hanging Chianti bottles.
The waiters are very kind and polite.

Restaurant Noordzee is located at the beach entrance from De Koog. In their restaurant you can see the waves of the northsea.
After a beachwalk it is a nice place to get a beer and a light lunch.

In a pub like atmosphere they serve the most delicious lunch items.
Favorite Dish: Ofcourse they do have the dutch pancakes (pannenkoek), but we liked the panini with melted goatcheese, honey and nuts.
