    At 'De Vrede' (peace) warehouse
    are sold lots of real Dutch souvenirs.
    Be aware that the souvenirs are more expensive then at the not so touristic area's.

    This is all that is left of an industy which once comprised 55 dye mills.

    When you take the train to Zaandam-Oostzaan it will take a few minutes to walk to the Zaanse Schans. And you 'll have to cross the bridge with this fanstastic view
