Nijverdal Travel Guide

Bello is a tourist "train". It serves the towns of Holten and Hellendoorn via the popular Toeristenweg (no railroad tracks) with stops at the Landal Twenhaarsveld, the local VVV tourist office at Holten, the woods at the Heuvelrug, the visitor center SBB & Speelbos, the local VVV office at Nijverdal, the local VVV tourist office at Hellendoorn and the holiday park Hellendoorn.

The train only rides in the summerseason at Tuesdays in the months of July and August.

You have to take either the morning- or the afternoon service.

Morningride starts at 9.30AM at Landal and arrives at 11.45AM at the Hellendoorn holiday park and returns thereafter to Landal at 1PM.

Afternoon times are 2PM - 3.45PM - 5.45PM

Day return tickets = Euro 5,--

De Wilgenwaerd is a sports center/hotel offering many sport activities for business or private groups.
