I chose the mixed grill skewer which comes what rosemary potatoes and salad. Tasted ok, not amazing, but filled a gap at a reasonable price. Love the decor and service...

If you travel on the train, you can choose to walk to the inner center. It is a very pleasant walk: first through a street where the rich used to live and then along the canal. It is quite a walk, but when the sun is shining it all looks so lovely! Busdrivers in Zwolle are very nice!! They are patient, humurous and helpful. You pay 1 guilder and 50...

If you like water and boating, a trip to Giethoorn could be a thing to do. It s a little village, called the Venice of the north and on warm summer days it s swamped with tourists. We were there on such a day and had no luck in finding a boat. So we decided to have something to eat and drink. When we paid the bill we asked the woman if she knew...

Its difficult to find a parkingspace in the centre of town. And if you find one, please check if its paidparking and till what time, there are different timezones. Right at the towncentre you have to pay till 11pm. There are also spots you can only park on with a permit, so take a good look before you park somewhere, the fine's are about 45 euro's. For that money you could have a great meal.

Unique Suggestions: Make sure you really checked if you can park somewhere. Normally at the beginning of a street there's a roadsign that says what to do. Sometime you just have bad luck. So keep your eyes open.

Fun Alternatives: If you dont want that trouble, you can also park your car near the trainstation, its about a 10 minute walk to the citycentre or you can pick a bus at the station.

The weather in Holland can be very various. The temperature can vary between 15 and 35 degrees in the summer. Also autumn can be very different, all is possible. All seasons in every month of the year. This is a bit exaggerated ;-)When visiting Holland bring your sweater (even in summer) and your umbrella.
