The service is usually very good, the staff is very friendly and efficient.
I also had dinner there once and, although not bad at all, it was not great either, so I prefer to come here at night for a drink or a quick snack.

This is from hear-say only so judge for yourself; a female friend of mine used to hate the nightlife in Delft because it was dominated by students, a large majority of whom were male and a bit frustrated too because of the small number of female students. She and her friends preferred to go to gay bars, at least the men there would leave them alone. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

The Belvedere is quite easily among the most popular cafes of Delft. Located right in a lively locality of Beestenmarkt, this place is always full of people - something I like a lot!
What I do have to recommend here is the french fries. This is a Belgian cafe and true to its name it does have Belgian mayonnaise. Its probably the best mayonnaise I have had. I know its slightly weird to have a tip on french fries and mayonnaise but thats how much I liked it. So whenever you feel like french fries and mayonnaise - you know where to go!

Place has a bar and a dance part. Wekend night there are often dutch bands and dj's. Age of the audience 20 upto 40.

We visited this club on May 5th 2007. This club would not allow us in (a group of 10 people). They do not allow foreigners in and even told our Dutch host that the reason for not letting us in was because we were a group of foreigners. As a group we comprised of 1 Dutch (resident of Delft), 1 English, 1 German, and 7 French.
This was a disgusting attitude from the management.
