Wanna know more about birds in the Westland...you have to see the site of http://home.kabelfoon.nl/~duindam/ cause its also in English and it tell you all about the birds they have seen on the spot. Also the forrest i was telling you about in the beginning.

Just want to show you some nice animals i have spotted making pictures of other things in Naaldwijk. I think it would be a pity if you miss all this. So sitt back and relax and see something you can see in every country but is nice to see.

Fundings for the Garden of the Holy Spirit
The start for the building of this Garden and it's surrounding buildings was in 1627 when Frederik Hendrik supplied the funds for the building of it. It consisted out of 12 houses for the poor, five of the houses already excisted since 1496 and where old men houses they have stair frontages. Like you also can find along the chanels of Amsterdam. A chapel was included in this too.
Today
The garden came under the authority of the City of Naaldwijk in 1955. It is now used as a wedding facility and has place for 75 persons

There are a lot of greenhouses overhere, although there is a lot of construction at this moment. But at some places you can still see the old greenhouses where they use to grow grapes and melons. On this picture you see a normal greenhouse, but its also a lovely sight of the beaten path.

There is a lot to see when you are walking trough Naaldwijk Or rent a bike. For example 'Prinsenbos'.
This place is a big water (well not that big) where you can lay in the sun in the summer, skate in the winter and walk with or without your dog in spring and autum.

When you walk around you have to look in the hight now and than. Because a lot of beautiful things are in the hight. This banner is from the church in the middle of Naaldwijk.

Maybe you wil miss you television????? I never miss it when i am on holidays. But this pictures shows the antenna from the televisionservice in Naaldwijk
You can see it a long way before you are in Naaldwijk There are not a lot of high buildings in this town. Only one and thats from the Flowerauction.

There is a lot to see, i already told you that. I went to the anwb-office for a walktour, but they only have one that is not telling you what you see. So thats not a lot of help is it! This is a nice mushroomtree....

This picture is take in the Prinsenbos. I think its a nice picture showing you how nice Authum can be if you pay attention to your surroundings.
