If you look around you close enough and pay attention to your surroundings then you can see special things. Near the millhouse in the Millstreet (Molenstraat) is a house and on the front there is this stone.
It says that the house is build on 22-6-1832 and rebuild on the 22-6-1943 (and that is special cause its in WW II.

This monument is found near a school. Its children having fun and jumping over one an other. First it was on their schoolyard but since a little while its moved into a little garden near the school. And the green is taking it over...so you have to look very good to see it.

In the 12th centure there was a wooden church build. The history tells us that Hendrik of Naaldwijk in 1307 build a church and did that on a different spot then where the church is now. In 1472 this church is stroke by lightning and and there is not a lot left of it. In 1572 there is the statuestorm (i havent got a clue what its called in Englisch) and there isnt a lot left of the inside.

This is an old house somewhere near the nightlife. Its a bit a strange thing, cause i cant find a thing on the internet about it. I do know that the millhouse is close to this building (there was a mill once in Naaldwijk) and i think this house belonged to the mill and was there for animals or maybe staff. But if i am not telling the truth...please dont shoot me!

Flower auction Holland is really special. This picture is taken from the new road that is specialy made for all the trucks that drive all over the Netherlands to bring flowers to all the places in the Netherlands, Germany, Belguim and many, many more.
The high flat you see is made in the years i was still working there and i have to say it was very special to stand on that roof and looking down 14 floors, 53 meters high (and on a day which was very clear you could see the sea !

This is an other historic building (farm): Farm Cruysbrouck. It belonged to the domain of the Oranjes (The Queen and her family). In the 17th century lived a man called Mr. Johan Tuning in this building, secretary of Frederik Hendrik. His son married with Petronella van der Mijll. Their wapons (signs) are still showing on the towers near the entrance.
