In Holland roads bikes have the right on everybody and everything, usually they run on dedicated places at the side of roads, but it can happen that you find them on normal roads, specially in city center, so pay attention and watch carefully.

Pay attention while driving your car on the road.
There are many speedometers ready to shot a picture of your license plates and give you a ticket. So read the road signs about speed limits.
Speedometers are also well signaled.

If you are not used to a windy climate you should avoid the seaside. Oh, well... I think that being such a flat country as the Netherlands is, whenever there is windy on the coast there is windy througout the country.
Haven't been to Netherlands when it is really stormy, but some nice little winds after all.

Watch out your steps while walking outside the town centre. Every now and then you can find yourself walking on some horse's bathroom.
Nevertheless, they are not that bad. On my first day, after wandering around Noordwijk, I found my way back to my acommodation thanks to that piece of s*it on the road.

After we bought our fish snack we sat on a bench nearby to eat them. The bird on the picture took several attempts to pinch my fish pieces from right in front of my mouth.
