Pathe is a multi-screen movie theater. The Dutch will subtitle a movie but otherwise so it in it’s original language. This can cause problems, particularly with comedies, when the audience reads ahead of the dialog and laughs so loud that you can’t hear the punch line. When I was living in The Netherlands, it could take up to a couple of months for an American movie to debut in The Netherlands. Nowadays, the world has gotten smaller and many movies enjoy a simultaneous world wide release.

If you are bored with the bars on the boulevard and you look for some hip bars where you can dance on sunny nights, check out the North Beach, next to the Zwarte Pad-parking. These places have a totally different atmosphere comparing to the ones near the boulevard. Younger and more alternative people use to come there. On warm nights you can dance 'till down. The best place to visit is Mecca, which is the 5th club.
Dress Code: Be yourself!
Roulette, Black Jack, Poker, Punto Banco ... it's all up to you!
