The very best restaurant in the entire region is located in this little village. So if you're having important business relations or something special to celebrate, this is the place to go.
Goedereede is a tiny town where, for some reason, many artists live. So there are quite a few galleries. It's very picturesque and a good place to have lunch, then walk around for an hour or so. Visit the tower and enjoy the scenery from the top!
Ouddorp is a holiday coast destination for many Dutch people who have a holiday cottage or caravan here permanently.
The beaches are long and quiet and you can do some great cycling and hiking here.
For those interested: a steam train still rides its rounds here.
See the link to my Ouddorp page below.
Zwartewaal is a small village, belonging to the township of Brielle.
It still has a little harbour for pleasure boating, which used to be commercial. The mainstreet is basically a dyke with quaint little houses along it.
