Metro is the favorite urban way, so I went with Mirjam to it, she showed me how to go to the Windmill of Rotterdam, and I hated to say goodbye to her, but she went back to her city!

Buses are also a good way to move through Rotterdam, it is a big city and you'll need one more kind of transportation than just walking around!

There are two kinds of trams in Rotterdam, the modern one and the ancient, like the city itself, has the both faces, well it is one of the best and cheapest ways to take the roam to Rotterdam!

Slightly further a bigger one. This one was also able to carry cars and was totally free…

Another option is to go by boat, this one was only for cycle and you had to pay a small fee to cross the river… Tourist trap?

Not only the cycling paths are in a perfect state but all the directions are clearly indicated. This is how a junction for bicycle could look like.

my favourite way of transport is my "fiets" bike..:-)more info

One of the best Airports In the World. It is easy to catch a train (Station in the Airport) to Amsterdam or anywhere. It has nice american brand hotels as well.

Since we collected him on the a week ago (18th June 2004) we have had two dry days! but with a little bit of sun it is fun to explore in the cabrio!
