This lovely little creature is named Lady Hurdle, living in the World of Dark, deep under the ground. These original Icelandic fairies look like beautiful girls from the front, but in back they may have cow tails or they may be one-sided. They demonstrate that beauty is only one part of something.

These Hurdles also have mythical origines in Norwegian folklore who grab handsome men when her tail is dropped off completely. Indonesia got the same myths, and it is still unknown how these myths got there ...

It is said that when meeting a Hurdle, do not go with her for one night. Because this creature is able to stretch the night out for 7 years!

... a neat, and dangerous telling, isn't it?

We took a small road from Nesbyen to Geilo along Espeset and Rukke and drove along this beautiful lake.
