"Egnebuloftet Kafe & Pub" is situated on the local pier that handles all passangers and goods , including catches of local King Crab and fish.
"Egnebuloftet" translates to "angling house" marking the still active use of parts of the building for fish line angling for local fishermen. The Kafe is located in 2nd floor and enjoys a panoramic view of the Harbour and local activities around.
The reastaurant which is above the pier, has a terrace overlooking the sea, and a live glass King Crab Aquarium containing 3-4 King Crabs of various size, the largest individual 3-4 kg. Perfect way to get close to the famous King Crab for photos, and even touching the beast.

The local "Fish & Chips" is served with lettuce, chips, and locally made fish and chips souce. Deliciously fresh fish dish.
The signature dish is "Oven Baked King Crab". Legs of crab sliced open and filled with garlic butter containing mushroom, lemo, and various herbs. Served hot, with lettuce and peach slices, and delicous juice from the baking pan.
Reindeer meat dish is based on the fundamentally Lappis traditional course , reindeer stew. Based on thinly sliced poor meat scaved from frozen leg and fried in a hot pan with salt and pepper added. Added to the meat and its juice on the plate, is locally made mash potatoes, and a slab of local red lingonberry. This is the pure taste of nature.
You can certainly also have Hamburgers and the rest, but ask for the local spcialities
