The obvious tourist trap in the area is Nordkapp. You'll be charge about 100 NOK to see exactly the same thing you can see for free 20 metres away. I'm not even sure the fenced area is actually more to the north than the non-fenced one. It could be that they just fenced the area more convenient for them and claimed it to be the most northern. Anyway, it's a metter of 10 metres difference at best. Hardly worth the money. But, I guess if you have made the effort to go that far you would be ready to pay the price so you could claim you've been there (as I did :(
