Nightlife at Northcape is a great experience. The later it gets, the more people arrive. Most of them come with busses from Honnigsvåg, where the cruiseships are in the harbour. And why are all these people coming to this place? They come to see the sun not going under the horizon!! For us that was at about 1.30am. A lot of people were making a toast to the sun. After this the sun climbed up again and we went back to the car to get some sleep. This was the first time I slept in the car wearing my sunglases...
Dress Code: Even when it's summer it can be cold. During our stay it was about 10-12°C at daytime. This was mainly coused by the sunshine. At night the temperature was just above freezing point.

Sun in the middle of the night is special enough, but as the sun is so low above the horizon the colors are just fantastic! See the picture (and more in the t-logue) and i think you will know what i mean!
