DanDidriksen Says: Kirkeporten means 'Churchgate'.Walking the 2,5 km from Skarsvåg to Kirkeporten takes 20-25 minutes. It's a nice easy walk for everyone.In the summer nights shines the midnight sun through the gate of the rock, impressive.

o00o Says: To be honest with you, most of the time in December are dark. The sky turns bright in a while then become darks again. You would see the night takes place almost 23 hours a day in December.
o00o Says: There was no risk at all to visit such north-end place in winter. You will think that I am right to say that when the sky turns dark.
