see Oslo, fjords in the western partof the county (Bergen)and Flam railway.
People are extremely nice and friendly. Weather is especially nice in summer nor too hot nor to cold.

the most beautifull thing i have seen in norway is the biggest glacier of europe.( can't remember the name)It's just above the Sognefjord and it's real easy to find.
The people the are friendly and almost all speak english
