Locals go to Sweden to shop, a lot of things are chaper there. And Sweden is not far away, appr. 12 km from Svullrya :-)
What to buy: Bear meat (not allowed to shoot bears in Norway), cigarettes and beer. If you want to buy booze or wine, you must either go to Torsby, an hours drive or so, or you could order it a day ahead at Sundelin's. NB! there are restrictions as to how much you are allowed to bring over the border, Sundelin knows all about it :-)
