Ït takes around 3 hours and 50 minutes from Oslo to Trysil. On the way , the Buss wil stop around 15 minutes in the Town Elverum. It will also stop some minutes at Oslo Airport to pick up passengers

All the information on the bus is usually given in Norwegian. Many busdrivers are old and don't speak english or german. So you should get all the information you need at the ticket station in Oslo or Gardermone

Norway is a very good country to market itself and you have no problem to find information about Norway in general or special destination. When I came to Norway and also Trysil, I found information booklets directly in a big mall and I was really happy for that. The good thing is it is also free, and in every city I promise you can find it in the big malls or other big shops, train and bus stations or places where many people are. Some times there are also free newspapers and you can sit and read a lot about the local news. Of course all cities have different systems and different papers.

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Favorite thing: In the north of Europe you discover how clean it is in the cities an also in the countryside. Along the roads they clean up and take care of all the stuff they find for recycling. So, the Norwegian way is to have very Clean cities and countryside, and in Trysil they want you to keep it Clean too. So, put all the garbage is the places for garbage and keep Trysil Clean, and everyone will be so happy and satisfied. A clean Trysil is a good start on your vacation here! I also guess the people in the city will be much more happier too, even when the tourists follow the rules and dont mess up on their visit in Trysil.

Fondest memory: I saw a very clean city. Very clean and when it is so clean and you by mistake drop a paper on the ground, you directly pick it up. A clean place is much more difficult to mess up.
