On arrival to Bergen we were starving and just wanted to eat anyplace. We were lucky enough to find the China Palace, located in the heart of the city, in the Torgalmenningen, which is an open walking mall where people just gather to look at others, or talk to groups, or present small shows. It's lined with shops and restaurants. Anyway, the food at the China Palace was outstanding and fairly reasonably priced.
Very pretty waitresses (don't tell my wife I said this, even though she'd agree).
