I have never imagined that I can be happy in a jail :)
It was a nice surprise to find such a good restaurant in Stord. Looking from outside it wasn't promising me too much but once I was entering... I understood why everybody has recommended it to me.
Nice cellar, very good food and very helpfull waiter... I am looking forward for the next dinner at Fengselet.
Favorite Dish: Fengselsbiff "Black Angus", Creme Brulee and a glass of red wine and you'll enjoy the life, even if you are alone and outside is dark and cold.

It is an old jail that was closed in the 50`s wen the prisoners braged about the god fod they was served.

You shoud order the "Garlic bred" whitch is gorgeus as starter, an the "Creolsk Pasta" as main dish. You are gona come back for more. The wery next day.
Favorite Dish: The Pizza is fameus and its a must when wisiting Stord.

Stord a pearl at the beginning of hardanger fjord
It is a smale island sout of Bergen 2 hours travel by boate or car and fery. To get to the fabelus Hardanger fjord this is a god start.
