In Molstre in Sveio there is an Mineral Mine from Old mining days, it's not know to tourist. There has been mining of Muskovite, or biotite or a another sort of mineral in the past. The Mine location is in Sondre Molstre in Sveio.

This is an smal path not far away from Sveio Centrum this path lays near a small settlement call Fjellstad. This nature trail is quite long and if you go whole way trough you come to the highway near a settlement Called Tveit.
There is both mountains, forrest, swamplands and smal og bigger waters in the Area. You can see Lake Furuvatnet on the trail it's an drinking water for many people in Sveio. The trail goes trough areas where there is nessary to be careful spesially if you go of the trail. Has some small cliffs, one at least 2 meters down.
The nature trail has also archologial remains from the stoneage, there is a ruin of an settlement some meters after the small earth cliff. The trail has at least two mountains that you can climb or walk right up to. Mount Kattaberget ca 90 m.o.h and Mount ramsfjellet ca 150 m.o.h.

Lake Rognavatnet is medium size water south from Mount Ramsfjell. This area has a beautyful scenary.
