In Scandinavian countries, you will see plenty of the grass roofs.
At Geiranger, the one I came across first, was on top of the Chocolate shop.
These are on buildings to absorb rainwater and provide insulation, I imagine the latter would be much needed here!
The grass/sod on the roofs is a practical and cheap way of insulation from temperature extremes of heat and cold.
This is one of the things the Norwegians usually associate with Geiranger. In 1995 a young Norwegian girl (Trude) working at Geiranger Hotel was found killed and raped outside of the center of Geiranger but apparently nobody saw or heard anything. This was a really frightening incident in the history of Geiranger.
According to all the psychics working with this case, the perpetrator is not Norwegian.
So if you saw, heard, felt or pictured something, please tell me..or the police (we all want to solve this mystery once and for all)
