So, you're in Bodø and want to go on. There are 3 possibilities you can do: Go Southern to Trondheim by train, go Northern to Narvik by bus or go by boat along the coast, Northern or Southern, maybe even by the Hurtigruten, the legendary and world-famous post-ship.
But no matter where you go, you've got a wonderful and attractive trip before you! Passing high snowy peaks, impressive darkblue fjords, small deep gorges and beautiful Norwegian cabins, you just don't feel the time going by!

Bodø airport is only a short shot from the center of town. As long as you don't have too much luggage, it's an easy walk from the air terminal to the town center - and flat nearly all the way.

If you go by train, it's 45 minutes to Fauske, where you can transfer to an express bus up to Narvik -- or you can continue on southward to Trondheim, which is about 10 hours by rail from Bodø.
