It happend that I was taking a look at the Friisbua, a hut along the Friisvegen (road Fv385), when something small was running in the grass at a small monument beside me. Ringebu stave church is still today the main church in the parish of Ringebu.The church is open for guided visits during summer from May to end of August, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.The only exception is the period mid July - mid August when the program is extended to 8 a.m to 8 p.m.During services the church is closed for visits.more
