Café Sara has very cheap food, and I have described more about it on the restauranttips. It's very nice to start the evening with a cheap dinner and some drinks here. Or you can eat something on your way home from the city, because they also serve food late.
Some years ago it was mostly broke artists or young students who were interested in the environment or politics, that came here for a cheap dinner and some good discussions. But today you can find all kinds of people here. The music they play is very varied, plus sometimes it's loud and other times not. The place is not so big, and it's filled with tables so there is no dancefloor here. It's not the place to go if you want to party the whole night, but it's great if you just want to take some drinks and talk with your friends.
It's one of my favorite places, and if you are on a budget and want to have a nice meal, you should check it out.

I love the atmosphere in this cafe. By the time I was there there was this french guy working as a waiter and people didn't seem to like him very much. I was under 21 then and of course was not supposed to drink (but since norwegians are not accostumed to my kind of looking it was very hard for them to tell how old I was). At the end I spoke french to the waiter, made a few compliments about Paris and he liked me so much I got 2 doses of vodka for free!
Dress Code: Casual. Better yet - disguised. Cafe Sara makes you feel like you're meeting someone who'll give you a secret and fundamental evidence that will help you solve that unsolveable mistery...

A: While it may not win international awards for the best airline in the world, Iceland Air is perfectly fine. As for safety, the last crash was in 1978.
