Apotheket Cafe, Oslo

This is a popular restaurant and bar in Oslo, I have only had dinner here once, but it was good enough to me to want to recomend it to everyone. The place in itself i a bit worn, but the food is very good. If you want a luxuary restaurant, this is not the place, but if you are after a good meal and atmoshpere for a reasonable price, this is for you.

I had read about this restaurant on Martinelli's Oslo page. I stopped at the indicated address where there was a restaurat called tekehtopa. I thought she had written down the wrong address and looked all around for the restaurant but could not find it! I just decided to go back to "tekehtopa", took a seat in front of a window and while looking at the reverse name of the restaurant against the window, i read: "apotheket". I thought that was a fabulous idea. The restaurant is really cosy and seems to attract an active young crowd. Food was really good for the price.
