Oslo al fresco

Very pleasant restaurant cafe not far from the Akerhus Fortress but still feeling "off the beaten track." It has something of a country feel in the city. Outdoor eating in the courtyard overlooks a bubbling fountain and the Museet for Samtidskunst. Lots of fish on the menu. When I was there, there was only one server for all the outdoor tables, and the poor girl was overwhelmed. It's a good thing that I didn't have any plans for the afternoon. What I had thought would be a relatively quick lunch turned into two hours of leisurely contemplation.

A: While it may not win international awards for the best airline in the world, Iceland Air is perfectly fine. As for safety, the last crash was in 1978.
