From Rygge there is an express bus that takes 60 minutes to reach Oslo. You can pay onboard via credit card.
Cost is 130 NOK single but 230 NOK return (hence return advisable!!)

The airport train to Oslo is very efficient and frequent - but expensive. The bus is slightly less so.

dont forget to confirm your reservation especially weekends. I had a bad experience even after confirming the accomodation over phone I didnt get one on actual arrival.
