the best and quickest way to travel in Oslo is using the T-bane - metro.
the ticket is in any transport the same: 30 NOK (if u buy it from the driver), 20 if u buy it beforehand.

We had a 24 hour ticket which costed 45 KR. It allowed unlimited travel on buses, trams, metro and ferries. Really great! We found the public transport in Oslo easy to use and learn...

The easiest way to get there is taking a plane to Oslo airport. Keep in mind that it's situated quite far from the city. SAS Airline is flying to most major European cities.
