Going to Norway in the winter is healthy only when you pack yourself into a thick layer of clothes. Cover your face and wear at least something.

When you go snowboarding do not forget to bring tools to fix everything that might break

Make sure its warm and snowproof! Hats, shawl, gloves, mittens, whatever. Maybe bring some long underwear when going skiing.
