Favorite Dish: I think the Norwegian strawberries are quite good. In fact I love them and I eat a lot of them each summer. The season for the Norwegian strawberries are short and towards the end of the season (late July/early August) they get cheaper and cheaper. They are sold all over Torget (the town square).

The dish I'm talking about is Pinnekjøtt (more or less lambribs) served with potatoes and mashed swedish turnip. It is very common to have this around Christmas time.
