This one's got everything you need! there is stores with Armani,D&G, Versace and so on, stores with cheaper clothes, stores with shoes, stores with everything else you need! there is restaurants, mini markets and everything is just great!
What to buy: Buy anything :D
What to pay: og god.. try to behave :p

I guess this is the only true mall in Stavanger. I even have to admit that it is not in Stavanger but in the twin town Sandnes. But it is the biggeste mall in this area and you can get more or less everything....but I have to admit that it is not that impressive when you have seen shopping in Dubai, Bangkok and Singapore :-)
