It is a very strange combination between a kind of exhibition of old things (maybe used in our grandparents' childhood) and a playground. In fact the children are playing there with few old toys and this after paying 40 NOK for a child and 80 NOK for an adult (this is about 5 euros/child and 10 euro/adult). And you have to pay the price even if you are just waiting you child (less than 5 years) to finish all the tour.
Anyway... it seems that kids love it... perhaps because they can meet here other kids... many kids:)
We were expecting to find much more here in such a well advertised place.
There is no Trap in Stavanger or in Norway as I know,
But the weather can changed day by day so be ready
for raining day in the middle of the sunny day ...
but who knows, maybe the luck will play by your side.
Don't forget that the summer season in norge is also
Of course you should hike to Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) or Kjerag. But only if you have good shoes and are in pretty good shape. Pumps and 20-cigarettes-a-day-and-no exercise-people should rather enjoy the lovely, white sandy beaches or have a stroll in a park. Trust me...
