The long tradition in fishing is visible everywhere in the city... The deep port has always been a refuge for small and big ships during the bad storms in the North Sea.
Now the city is hosting the head offices for well known companies in Oil and Gas Industry (Shell, Schlumberger, Conoco Phillips).
