Although so small, Stryn is a lively town especially during summer months.
Surrounded by high mountains and a fairylike landscape, on a warm summer evening a walk on Stryn's nice street is a real pleasure.
Elegant restaurants and terraces located downtown are serving local and international dishes, while the small shops can also offer an interesting alternative for shopping.

A nice informationcenter about the Jostedalsbreen Glacier Region. Everything will be told to you about the animals and plants living in this area. Lifecycle of glaciers are explained. Definitely worth a visit. Also a nice botanical garden outside with all kinds of native plants.
