Dog sledding - Villmarksenter
Although its a great experience, I just wasn't impressed with the service that we received from the Villmarkssenter! They didn't give you any information about the area, the dog sledding, the food, the culture - anything! After the dog sledding, they put you all in the tent, gave you food, and then left you to do your own thing for a while. I just expected more interaction!They said on their webpages that you will get the chance to drive your own dog sled, but this wasn't the case. And when I asked them about it, they just said that the weather conditions weren't right for it. Not sure if there are, but try and find another company that offers dog sledding. Or just don't expect too much when you go with them! Dog sledding was really great fun, but going on the Hurtigruten is another option of things to do!
