This coffeehouse is set of in an historic house just off Badeparken. Inside it is a great open area for mingling, studying, reading or just relaxing. There are local artists who have displayed their works on the walls and there is even a stage in one corner that plays host to open mic nights, local bands, and book readings. Outside there is a front lawn seating area that is great during the long, warm Norwegian days.
I only had coffee which was given to me in a single French press carafe. It wasn't any big deal but a great place to sit and pass some time.
They are open from 11-3pm all week and 2-midnight on Sunday

Did i write about pizza before?? I did but they ditched from the menu some time last year a well informed source told me. So no pizza this time but pasta. And a very good pasta i must add. Penne with beef and a creamy pepper sauce. Only one word "YUM"!
Its not the typical pizza joint. Just a normal restaurant, tastefully decorated, in which they serve tasty italian food.
The usual stuff but good eating. The service is a bit slow at times but doesnt let that spoil your mood.
Favorite Dish: Desserts always, but the onion soup is good too

The restaurant is in a prime location right on the harbor. The outdoor seating in the summer is a great place to sit along the water in the shadow of the "Southern Actor". The food was in great portions even I was surprised that I could finish all of it. Their salads seemed particularly large. Their seafood is incredible and very fresh.

The food was great. Fancy cuisine, nicely served on beautifull plates.
The decoration from this restaurant all has something to do with whaling. Pictures, harpoons and other assorted boat things. There is even whale on the menu.
The center piece is a big fireplace, very good in wintertime. For summer it has a big terrace on the sea side, crowded and fun i have been told, in summer.
Favorite Dish: If you take a look at the website, you will see in the menu more about whaling.
Not for the faint at heart or anti-whaling.

The harbour of Sandefjord late afternoon in wintertime. There are lots of lucky people in Sandefjord with a view on the sea from their houses.
