 Jarin Says:  This is the centre of the town with houses dating from 15th till 19th century.

 Jarin Says:  Remnant of the Piast castle is the Piast Tower. It is a part of the 14th century fortification from which there is is wonderful view at Cieszyn and Silesian Beskid Mountains. 

St. Nicholas Rotunda (rotunda sw. Mikolaja)

St. Nicholas Rotunda (rotunda sw. Mikolaja), Cieszyn

 Jarin Says:  Remnant of the Piast castle is also the castle chapel of St. Nicholas and St. Wenceslas. It is a Romanesque chapel from 11th century situated on the Castle Hill, near the Piast Tower. 

Old Town Hall (Ratusz)

 Jarin Says:  Under Prince Casimir II, in 1496 was here built Town Hall. Due to destruction by war or fires the Town Hall was many times rebuilt (last one in 1846). However the late baroque tower dates from 1800 by architect Chambreze de Ryvos.

 Jarin Says:  This ghotical church (Kosciól Marii Magdaleny) grounded by family Piast in 13th century and was meant as last resting place for this dukes family. Due to heavy fire in Cieszyn in 1789 was church heavily damaged and restored.

 Jarin Says:  The original building was a minting house of Piast family where for centuries coins were struck till 1655. After numerous reconstructions and changes this building is now since 2001 Ksiaznica Cieszynska (Cieszyn Library).
