Jarmark Polski is probably the eldest and - in my opinion - the best gallery shop in Kazimierz Dolny. It has been operating since 1991.
Here you'll find various objects of Polish art and local crafts, as well as a friendly and hospitable atmosphere.
All major credit cards are accepted.
What to buy: Local crafts and art: sculptures, paintings, drawings, lamps, candlesticks, traditional toys and hundreds of other items that can be found only here in Kazimierz. The owner boasts an impressive selection of arts silverware on sale!
What to pay: It doesn't really matter how much you can spend on your shopping in Jarmark Polski. Here you will find both very expensive pieces of art and quite inexpensive items - all of them carefully selected by the owner.

The Small Market (Maly Rynek) is actually adjacent to the Main Market. On Saturdays and Sundays local (and not only local) representatives of small business gather here to offer their goods.
What to buy: Here you can buy local crafts, food and cheap radios smuggled from the ex-Soviet countries. Mind your pockets ;)
What to pay: Prices vary - in full holiday season and on 'long weekends' they tend to be higher than in off-peak.

... also known as Dorota Otulska's Gallery.
Good selection of paintings by this artist, but I found her collection of fancy portraits (like the ones in the photo) most appealing to me, really magical!
You can also buy graphics, stained glass, ceramic items, decorative glass objects, and even furniture!
What to buy: I suggest you visit several galleries and then decide on what you like most. Choice of items and styles may vary considerably, you never know what you'll find round the corner :-)
What to pay: A little painting like one of the two in the picture is 600-700 zloty ($160-$185).

Souvenirs aplenty around the Old Town of Kazimierz Dolny. It's a touristy area/town.
The Tourist Office is so helpful. I always trust an old lady at the Tourist Office. They could take care of me like my mum does.
What to buy: Souvenirs for family back home. T-shirts etc.
