Favorite thing: Leba is one of the most popular summer resorts in Poland. Approximatelly, from May to September there is lots of tourists, planty of shops, restaurants and bars. From September to May there are limited numbers of services in the town. However, I would recommend to visit Leba not during high season as it could be more interesting, comfortable and cheaper.:)

Favorite thing: The town is small - one main street with houses, stores, post-office and with the bridge over the canal, a few cross-streets.
The tourist zone is a few kilometer long street close to the sea with hotels, pensions and B&Bs.

Favorite thing: Travelling around Mediterranean coasts in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Turkey I must say that it's the most beautiful beach I have ever seen.
Hmmm... there is only one problem: what to do to heat water in the Baltic Sea?

Favorite thing: I was there in December. It was a cold, early morning when we walked 7 kms from teh railway station in Leba to see the sun rising over the dunes. There are usually thousands of people in the summer, but on that winter morning there was nobody. But the dunes were huge, majestic and beautiful. The sea breeze made us move pretty quickly, but did not discourage from waiting for the sunrise. The sun, however, was not very eager to wake up and it took quite a time before it appeared from the morning mist, which covered the area.
