There is an old German Range from the period of WWII. It is situated near Rabka village. One of the most famous German scientist, Wernher von Braun, used to test rockets here (so called Rheintochter and Rheinbote).

Slowinski National Park is one of 23 national parks in Poland. It was founded in 1967. There are seven rivers going through the Park. The biggest one is Leba and Lupawa River. The most important animals in this National Park are birds. There were classified more than 260 spicies.
