by rolnik Jura Krakowsko- Czestochowska is very interesting region which spreads from Krakow to Czestochowa. Lots of castles, mainly ruins of them from XIV century, are situated on steep hills and rocky mountains. There are also almost empty valleys with marvellous limestones. Leave a Comment

by rolnik Visit „Perfect city”- Zamosc. It is situated near the east border, and due to this location city is rather undiscovered by foreign tourists. All the city was build at the end of XVI century by thr order of Jan Zamoyski. It is based on European idea of perfectly disigned city. The huge Market Square is the place you won’t forget, especially Town Hall. Lately, all the city complex with fortifications was wriiten on UNESCO’s Haritage List. Leave a Comment

by rolnik hiking in Bieszczady Mountains. Silence, emptiness, wilderness. You, space and nature. Bieszczady are said to be the most remote, wild part of Poland. The landscape reminds that from Scotland. This is the place for people who want to escape from civilization. Leave a Comment

by rolnik little town- Chelmno on Visla river might be interesting destination. Undamaged during the war and ommited by industrial revolution it is now one of few cities which are so historic. Moreover the shape of streets, town hall, gates are from medieval and Renaissance times. Is is situated 30 km north of Torun - so there are many buildings from Teutonic and German eras. Paprocka Steel Factory - window grating by matcrazy1 It's completely off the beaten path place. I'm sure that no foreigner visit it yet. It's located in old Paprocany district of my hometown Tychy. Paprocka Steel Works was established in Paprocany in 18th century. Until 1878 in excavated and processed iron ores. A heading left by the plant was flooded by the Gostynka river to form Lake Paprocanskie. Currently, the former steel works buildings are owned by the city and are testimony to the early industrial activity in the area - there is small museum here, just nothing but if you love nowhere... by slawekjb For real trill-seekers. While exploring Zielona Gora and Lubuskie province, ask around about the Nazi Germany's bunker-cities constructed prior to and during WW2... underground! Yes! You will not believe all the structures built by the Nazis underground, extending tens of kilometers long...including railway stations, etc. Leave a Comment
