Polish summer usually starts in mid May and ends mid September. It's usually very hot, temperatures reach +35 C. This year (I'm writing this on May 30th 2003) we already had days when it was +33 C.
That is why you should definetely bring summer clothes, a sun hat, sandals, T-shirts etc. Remember that July tends to be rainy in Poland so get an umbrella with you or buy one on the spot :) Leave a Comment

Warm clothing and good boots are required in winter. It can drop well below zero.
In summer it can be surprisingly warm, so make sure you have some light clothing. It can still get a little chilly in the evening though.

If you are going to stay in the cheaper hotel or in private lodging bring a soap and towel with you as it's possible they won't supply it.
