Polish Summer by gale.blog.pl It's summer time and the living is easy... Polish summer usually starts in mid May and ends mid September. It's usually very hot, temperatures reach +35 C. This year (I'm writing this on May 30th 2003) we already had days when it was +33 C. That is why you should definetely bring summer clothes, a sun hat, sandals, T-shirts etc. Remember that July tends to be rainy in Poland so get an umbrella with you or buy one on the spot :) Leave a Comment

it may be cold in summer by magor65 One thing is certain - when you come to Poland in summer, don't forget to take an umbrella, raincoat and some warm clothes. You may not need them - the temperature in summer is often above 30 degrees Centigrade. But there are days when it is cold and rainy. And the wind, especially at the seaside, may be really strong. Warm clothing and good boots are required in winter. It can drop well below zero. In summer it can be surprisingly warm, so make sure you have some light clothing. It can still get a little chilly in the evening though. Bring an umbrella just in case of rain. Leave a Comment

If you are going to stay in the cheaper hotel or in private lodging bring a soap and towel with you as it's possible they won't supply it.
No special needs as in the shops here you can buy everything you need. Leave a Comment

by ania70pl The most important are comfortable shoes for long walkings. Even so public transport is quite good in Poland sometimes you'll have to walk and walk and walk... And you won't enjoy beautiful landscape if your foot are aching. Leave a Comment
