Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Polish weather is unpredictable...espescially in the mountains. Don't think that because it's sunny in the morning it will be nice all day, or vice versa. Take some extra clothes, and prepare for the weather if possible. Pieniny is wonderful, but moreso if you're well prepared.

Just east of the Tatra Mountains there is another mountain range, much smaller but very beautiful. Lying on both sides of the Dunajec River which cuts across it, it is part Polish and part Slovakian....
