Unfortuantely during my stay in Pieniny I met twice or three times the situation when info about opening hours (bar, restaurant, small shop) was different than real opening time. So be careful - especially before or after the main season (july-august) - you can be hungry (and angry :) when restaurant described on the door "Open from 10am - 10pm" is closed much before ending time.

Just east of the Tatra Mountains there is another mountain range, much smaller but very beautiful. Lying on both sides of the Dunajec River which cuts across it, it is part Polish and part Slovakian....
