If you want to spend nice evening I would recommend first to go for a drink to a beach bar (open during summer), where there are fake, but funny palm trees, swimmingpool and the best mojito drink ever!
Then you can dance in many clubs throuout the Sopot- In my opinion the best one is called Mandarynka (Mandarin) and the club at the end of the Sopot's pier.
Sphinx is called to be the best one there, I don't think so.

Being a seaside place, Sopot has a lot to offer for nightlife: bars, pubs with live music, discoes, clubs, gay clubs, jazz clubs, you name it... They are scattered all over the town but quite many are located in the Monciak and in the vicinity of the pier. Some nightlife events may be taking place right on the beach!
I can't recommend any nightlife place in particular, I never stayed in Sopot overnight. My trips were usually just a day's visits from Gdansk or Gdynia.

Sopot is really the sin city or... maybe Eden!!
The main street is filled with restaurants, nice terraces and pubs. At the end of the street there is a huge number of nightclubs.
Mandarynka is one of the places to go. It has three floors and it's a mix of caffe, pub and disco. Beautifullly decorated it's one of the places not to miss in Sopot
Not far from there some nightclubs like Viva Club or Galaxy will wait for anyone til late in the morning

I didn't go here, but my local friend told me that it's a crowded place in the summertime. In fact, all of Sopot has a great nightlife scene when the weather is warm. ViVa is a large dance club with a prime location on the beach just a hundred or so meters north of the pier.

There is a couple of good clubs in Sopot. If ur looking for some good music in a very modern place the you have to go to the Viva Night Club (probably the best in Tricity). There are 2 floors in Viva, 7 bars, and a lot of pretty girls and good music :).
Another well known club in Sopot, and in Poland is the Sfinks club. Sfinks is known for it's Techno parties (u can also often meet MTV presenters here) - just a lot of good techno music in a very good climate.
Galaxy is also a well known club in Tricity. It has 2 floors (just like Viva), and just like Viva it's situated by the beach (there's a beautifull view from here) - the music played here is just what's on top right now in the industry.
Situtated in the same region - park as Viva, Galaxy and Sfinks u can find the Enzym club.
Here u can find a lot of techno, but becarefull cause 3 times a week they organize gay parties here :) .
There realy is a lot of great clubs in Sopot and the ones I mentioned are just a few of them...
Have a great time out ! :)
Dress Code: The dress code here is: wear what u want to , but forget about wearing designer shoes (adidas, nike etc.) and sport clothes cause u probably won't be let into any club.

There are two nightclubs that I definitely know of in Sopot. One is in Grand Hotel, and the other is Sfinks which is in the park next to the hotel. Both are somewhat exclusive, and attire should be fashionable and neat. There are other pubs and clubs in that 'park' area which are also fun. Just walk around, and keep your eyes peeled for fliers and advertisements. When in doubt, follow a group of young people to where they're going.
Disco Casiono Orbis is the club in Grand Hotel. Following are the names and addresses of a bunch of clubs.
