Along the beach there's a well-maintained park and an alley leading in both (Gdansk and Gdynia) directions which is followed by a path for bikers.

If you are in Sopot off-season and the city is not as busy as in summer try to be more watchful than tourists usually are and look around and up to see the details which usually are not noticed...

Beaches in Sopot are quite wide with nice and soft sand. However, water in the Baltic Sea is rather cold even in summer
