Shops are just kiosks where people sale small things from salt and so on.
What to buy: The things to buy is small salt sculptures (cloured salt or not), peaces of simple salt, postcards with Wieliczka views, books about salt mine and so on.

What to buy: When the tour ends you´ll find yourself in a room with a few stalls selling souvenirs and postcards. What a coincidence!!!
I don´t remember if the postcards are overpriced here (probably), but these are the best pictures of the Salt Mine you´ll manage to get...

There are numerous souvenirs on sale made from the local salt deposits, many have a catholic signifance owing to the deep traditions in Poland.
